Camille Runnels The level of service is truly extraordinary! Not only is Jason very knowledgeable about the best option for my needs, but I trust his ability to do what is right for me and my family. Jason is always available to review policies, questions, etc. Jason went above and beyond to find us a policy that would cover our needs. I had received other quotes and Jason was able to review them and make adjustments based on our needs (adding/reducing, etc.). He worked diligently to get quotes from several different companies which I appreciated immensely. As previously mentioned, Jason makes me feel comfortable I have the insurance needs necessary to be alright should something catastrophic happen. I do not worry about my insurance needs because I know Jason would never steer me in the wrong direction. He is genuinely invested in each of his customers and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been assisting my newly licensed, 22 year old daughter, get car insurance for the first time on her first car… I had all but given up in frustration until a friend told me to call Nick. The car insurance companies that didn’t reject her immediately wanted to put her through an underwriting process as well as charge formidable prices for someone of her age and income level. Nick was able to ask me the right questions and immediately identified a program for her that I NEVER would’ve known about which got her auto insurance immediately and at a fraction of the quotes I had already received. And…as if he had not already gone and done us a miracle he started asking me specific questions to ensure that I my daughter and I had all the exact paperwork we needed and understood the process when going to DMV. Chad Curtis Ryan Driscoll is the one person in our business that is consistently responsive and does what he says hes going to do. In business, where half your day is spent following up with people that never got back to with the information you need, Ryan has never let us down or required us to follow up with him. If I reach out and say I need some information, he responds and responds quickly. If he says, Ill get you that information within a couple of days, sure enough he does. 100% of the time! The Driscoll customer service model and work ethic should be disseminated and shared with every other business in the US!

Trade Visa (VisaTrade) Im hoping this is the insurence broker I once had. It used to be located near SRJC. Gabriella Rivera insurence was the best broker Ive ever had. Gabby herself was a very sweet person. She made me feel like she had me covered and not to worry about insurence as long as I had her company as my broker. Anytime I needed to adjust my policy or add a car I could call. I noticed theyd always find me the best deal. Once I had to insure a dually truck and was informed it had commercial insurence required. It was beyond my means but they made it easy to insure it for a month while I used it to move. My parents are with Geico for some reason but now need a more custom insurence for their classic car. Im recommending Rivera Insurence Agency.
