5 /5 Ray Villasenor: Writing this review is a very difficult thing to do and is a long time coming. Reflecting back on the case is painful, as our case was mentally and emotionally exhausting. The toll our case put on myself and family was excruciating. Working with Daniel and his team was nothing short of exceptional, but the stress of the case made this review difficult to write until now. In short, this review should have been written a year ago;
The team at DeLimon Law, although small, excels at every aspect of criminal defense, had it not been for their exceptional work my family could have been torn apart forever. Since this is a review of the amazing defense Daniel and his team provided, I will not go in to the details of the case other than to say that it was a criminal case that could have ended in a life sentence.
Daniel and his chief investigator Martin Silva are remarkable individuals that share a true passion for the law. From the moment we started working with DeLimon Law it was more than apparent that we made the right decision in choosing Daniels firm over all the others. Immediately Daniel started fighting for us as if he was fighting for himself. Daniel, doesnt like to lose and his mastery of criminal law only serves to strengthen his prowess for winning.
From the beginning Daniel was upfront and honest about possible outcomes and cost of the case. Daniel made no promises other than to say he would always give his complete and dedicated commitment to achieving the best possible outcome in the case.
In the court room, Daniel has a relaxed but commanding presence and as a seasoned trial attorney and as a former DA prosecuting attorney, he is more than comfortable sitting in a court room in front of a judge and a prosecuting DA. In our case it was apparent that his presence intimated the prosecution. Daniel knows how the system works and has the ability to read the prosecution from beginning to end. Daniel was able to call out every move the DA’s office was going to make as if he was reading right out of the DA’s “Playbook 101.” Daniel and his team were able to sift through the complexities involving the case and his extensive pretrial investigation and research forced the prosecution to abandon their trail aspirations. In the end Daniel achieve a favorable outcome that amounted to little more than three years probation and weekly counseling. I truly believe that most other attorney’s would not have put in the extensive work and effort into achieving this outcome.
My family owes so much to Daniel for keeping us all together that it is impossible to articulate how much we respect and admire him as an attorney and more importantly as a kind and caring man. Daniel will forever be a part of my family and we will never forget what he and his team did to keep us all together. In todays time when no one remembers phone numbers my entire family has memorized one phone number, Daniel’s. If your in trouble, you need to do yourself a favor and call Daniel and his team today, if you already have an attorney and you’re not getting anywhere, you need to call Daniel, calling anyone else is simply a waste of time and money.
As a side note; Daniel’s passion for the law has inspired both my children to attend law school and become defense attorneys. Hopefully they’ll both start their law careers working with DeLimon Law!
