Niki Hall Embarrassed to admit, had a hard time with the website and this was the nearest office (1.5 hour drive away.) Thinking I was only going to be able to make an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we were helped and how friendly, understanding and helpful the employee was. It felt like I was there maybe 10 minutes from parking to walking out the door and got everything taken care of!

J.r Make no mistake never allow any auto dealership to use this bank or anyone of their branches, because they dont accept any payments at the bank how "convenient" everything has to be done by phone so if you want to pay your car in total They said nooo you cant, but you can make payments under 2,500 but not to the principal but interest! I know that Google will take this comment down again but am not stopping here because this have to be known, I have AUDIO and am willing to stand outside this bank with a speaker playing audio over and over so everybody knows how crooked they are!!!!!

Deirdre Jones I applied for a small loan one morning, didnt find out if I was approved or not until later the following morning. It was supposed to be a quick process. After they pulled my credit, they realized that GI Bill housing allowance doesnt count as guaranteed income. Why they couldnt tell me that before pulling my credit upsets me a little, otherwise I wouldnt have applied and hurt my credit. What job is guaranteed anyway? Sure I might get a low GPA and have to pay it back, but someone on a job can make a simple mistake and get fired. It makes no sense to me and I wasted so much time. I guess this will help anyone else in my position. The staff were pretty friendly overall despite the flawed policies.
