But what difference a day makes as they say. I just got off the phone with Reyna and man what a patient, pleasant, professional and caring associate she is. Not only did she patiently help me figure out a lower rate for my renewal coming up, but the customer service experience aspect was off the charts. A five star experience no doubt!
