When I attempted to cancel my policy they charged me a $600 cancellation fee which went to collections when I refused to pay it. If you value your money/time or your credit score I’d recommend shopping elsewhere for car insurance.

1 /5 Claude Vidal: This used to be a service oriented agency. However, a few months ago, I called them to dispute a sharp increase in my insurance bill. The associate I spoke to responded with attitude and a suggestion to look for another agency. I did call another Allstate agency, where a capable associate looked into my records, discovered that my annual mileage had not be recorded accurately and saved me over $800 in the process. I tried to send an email to Dave Thomas but he did not even bother to respond.
