5 /5 Patricia Hirano Colquiet: Scot Kunselman is one of the fairest and smartest CSAA Agents Ever!!! I highly recommend Scott Kunselman at AAA in Oakland, Californias Pleasant Valley Road office. I have been a customer of AAA since the late 80s. Although, there are many automobile insurers, I have stayed with California State Automobile Associations because they offer excellent follow-up, quick auto fixes, great hard copy maps of all USA cities, Via magazine, and much more. If you need a professional insurance agent, I promise you will be pleased with Scott, since he is quite knowledgeable when it comes to insurance coverage. I have both auto and renters insurance, and feel honored to share my experience with you. Scot ocks!!!

2 /5 Wenda L: Parking is very limited, lot is always filled. Shopping area parking lot is also filled. Old office had great parking. There is always a line no matter what you are there for. Staff are nice.
