She was very professional and educated on all the policies, and she made confident in my decision in my policy. She also went the extra mile to suggest the add-on policy (as the basic motorcycle policy only covers the bike) in case I get hurt in an accident. Home Insurance experience will vary, they have been bringing some policies in-house to work under one login like Auto, but they partner with 3rd parties depending on your area.
