5 /5 alejandro pureco: After a couple of years of dealing with the same issue with my new 2023 car, I researched lemon law attorneys and came across Conn Law PC. I reached out to them through their website and within a day or two attorney Kira Patterson called me. After explaining the situation in more detail Kira asked me for copies of all the repairs paperwork. A few days later she got back to me. She said she thought I had a good case, but before going through the courts, her suggestion was for me to contact the corporate offices of the manufacturer (she even gave me that number and email address), and basically tell them “I think you sold me a lemon and I’d like you to buy it back”. After several communications and reviews/approvals by different groups, they agreed to buy the car back from me. They returned every dollar I paid (down payment, payments to the lender, and even renewal registration fee). The process took about three months. From my research, it takes a lot longer for most people. In my case it was much shorter thanks to Kira’s responsiveness and honesty. Her priority was for me to get a fair result even if she did not make any money by taking the case to court, which she probably could have. Highly recommend Conn Law, and specifically Kira Patterson.

5 /5 Aslan Hotko: I found this company just searching for lemon law Lawers on the web and it happened to be my absolutely best experience with the Law firms; we did not even had the case because the car manufacturer agreed to purchase the car back without any involvement of the Lawer but this company, and particularly Kira Patterson, changed my whole perception about how law firm could actually guide people, most amazing thing is that after we all realized that there is no case for them nor any financial opportunity, but I still had some questions, and I felt uncomfortable to keep going back to them, I offered to charge me some consultation fees or something and they refused!!! Has anyone seen the law firm like that? It is usually completely opposite as far as my experience. I think we still good in this Country since company like Conn Law still exists here. 5 /5 Dennis Wright: In 2023, I purchased my dream vehicle from a major car manufacturer. As soon as I got home, I was having issues with a very loud clunking noise in the rear end. The manufacturer told me there was no fix for it, and to just deal with it. I reached out to Elliot to see what my options were. I was extremely stressed out since I had just paid an enormous amount of money for the vehicle. Elliot immediately guided me through the process and made me feel at ease. Elliot was able to get the manufacturer to take the vehicle back and compensate me. At that point, I purchased a 2024 vehicle from the same manufacturer. Immediately, there were issues with this vehicle as well. The manufacturer tried to intimidate me and refused to make it right. However, I knew that Elliot would advocate vigorously on my behalf. Elliot was able to settle this dispute with the manufacturer again. If you ever need a fierce advocate to take on the big car manufacturers, he’s your guy. There is nobody better.
