I have only had very positive responses from my clients in regards to their experience with Clark. Clark took time to explain the process, offer advice and ensure that the most beneficial and appropriate steps were taken in our planning process! Clark is honest, trustworthy and only has the best in mind for his clients! 5 /5 R V: Upon becoming the Trustee for my mothers estate I quickly learned I needed help upon her death. After reading positive reviews I called Clark Allison, who provided excellent estate management guidance for my mothers trust , and prepared the necessary documents and assisted in dealing with the disbursement process, appropriate court document filings, etc. His help and level of knowledge proved invaluable as i would/could not have completed this process properly without his help. Based on that excellent experience, i then hired Clark to also prepare a family trust for me as well. During this process he showed acute planning and preparation, to include having a Notary Public present to ensure all documents could be properly recorded. He presented my wife and I with all of the trust documents and guidance we needed, and he even filed the document moving our home to the trust. Additionally, he counseled us in moving our other assets into the trust. If you become be an Estate Trustee or dont have a family trust and are looking to prepare one, I highly recommend you consult with Clark Allison. He also gave me an excellent referral to an enrolled agent who assisted in preparing all of the necessary IRS paperwork for my mothers trust. During these two experiences with Clark I found him to be well informed, easy to talk to, and he was very sympathetic and caring about my overall situation. Working with Clark Allison has been important to me - both of my experiences were well worth my time and money as his guidance helped me to get it done right the first time in each case.

5 /5 Katie Gargiulo: I went to Clark based on a recommendation, and I am happy to pay that forward through this review. Clark is an approachable, down to earth person who will get right to the heart of a matter with no time wasted. He listened carefully to my issues and ideas and provided legal advice that was thorough and easy to understand. He encouraged questions and answered them fully. He did all that while being caring and warm, so that the legal discussion was made easier and I was at my ease. My estate planning was done quickly, accurately, and was perfect. I recommend him as an attorney of professional integrity and acumen, and as a kind and caring person.

1 /5 Inma Hernandez: I worked with one of the attorneys in Clark Allison office (Gabi) on estate planning. I have legal insurance through work so I was told I would only have to pay pass through fees (the cost of the notary and the cost of the deed), she said it would be $495. I agreed to the terms and after doing so I realized they probably inflated the fees to take advantage of me. I asked for the breakdown of the $495 and they said $300 for deed filing fees and $195 for notary. However, the deed filing fee in San Diego county is $23 and the notary is $150. I asked for the breakdown of $300 and $195 and I was never provided with it. Other than the overcharging problem, the work was okay with the exception that responses to emails were delayed and that the documents were not prepared in the time they were supposed to be (I asked Gabi for the timeline and she said I would have them but the weekend, but she sent them one week late). I was going on a overseas trip so I told her that I would need to push back the appointment with the attorney since I would not have time to read them and she tried to push me to keep my appointment, which I refused. Finally, the partner emailed me to complain I had not paid the bill when they had not sent me the invoice. So I imagine they have some mismanagement issues going on. Overall, I would avoid if possible as I believe they are disguising their fees as pass through fees (otherwise I do not understand why they will not provide the breakdown)
