Bill Chapparo Almost all of my contact with this company has been with Gabriela Hernandez. About a month ago I started to get bid to change insurance companies. I cringed when I typed that out! You know what what a pain in the ??? It is! Long story short. If I would have been contacted by Grabriela I probably would be a customer of State Farm. amy kirkman Stuck on side of road. I have progressive through trinity. You think with my phone cutting in and out the agent would handle all necessary calls to get me the help i need. Road side assistance is a wonderful thought but with nobody willing to assist is useless. 3 calls later on hold and still not able to verify to truck driver that bill is covered.

Cristina Jimenez Rancho Del Sur Insurance embodies everything I appreciate about excellent customer service. Cheri is responsive, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate that she will give it to me straight on whether I need the coverage or not. Her expertise gives me peace of mind to know that she has my protection needs covered. I dont care if 15 minutes will save me 15% or more. If I can reach Cheri on a local number and talk to a person immediately and have someone looking out for me, I would be willing to pay a premium for that.

Susie Young The office is excellent. I spoke with Alexandra several weeks ago regarding auto premium on a possible new vehicle. A week later, we got the new car. I called the office & spoke with Fabiola Sanchez. Fabiola was able to pick up exactly where Alexandra left off. They are organized & keep very well documented notes. No need to repeat your conversation. Later Fabiola also me with another matter. She is responsive & follows through. I am very pleased with the service. I’m a 40 yr plus State Farm customer & will continue to stay with this office.
