Despite having a different accent, Elijah made sure I felt heard and understood, never making me feel like it was a problem. I had two appointments with him, and both were exceptional. All my doubts were resolved, and the entire process felt effortless, thanks to Elijah’s guidance. During my first appointment at 11:00 am, I arrived early at 10:50 am and was promptly met by Elijah at 11:00 am sharp. His punctuality was impressive. For my second appointment, also at 11:00 am, Elijah even called me at 9:00 am to remind me and ask if there was anything he could prepare or Set up in advance to save my time—such thoughtful service! When I arrived for the second appointment, I noticed him attentively assisting an elderly lady. After finishing, he walked her to the door, which shows how thoughtful and helpful he is. Stephen Brandon I was previously banking with Wells Fargo and had a worrying experience so I went here to see what kind of treatment I would get and I was delighted to find Lorena working at this branch. She got thru my application for a business account and had me approved the next morning. She even followed up just now and was as nice as the first impression.
