1 /5 Kenneth Fender: Tried to dispute a charge with a large company due to them not providing the service I paid for and refusing to refund or remedy the situation, was told that Cal Coast would basically just ask them for a refund (as I already did) and if they said no then my dispute would be denied. Whats the point of being able to dispute charges if the bank just defers to the decision of the shady company screwing you?

5 /5 Kelly Trimble: It has been such a pleasure working with Lorena Paredes at the Oceanside branch, who patiently guided us to secure a loan over these past few months. We would have backed out on moving forward with the loan if it were not for her expertise in explaining the pros and cons of the various loan options, and how each of them could benefit our personal financial portfolio. There are so many details involved with loans these days and she went above and beyond to help us gather the correct documents, answered all our questions and concerns promptly, and never hesitated to jump in at any time throughout the entire process. 2 /5 Stuart McGraw: Front desk service is impolite and provided the bare minimum of helpfulness. One of the many reasons why I decided not to bank with CCCU anymore. The app is totally useless.

1 /5 Jocelyn Aguilar: Dont even bother with a referral nd if u do make sure to triple check u get all the details. I referred my sister over she opened a loan and an act but because we didnt triple check on it 2 months later they said we dont get the referral perks because we didnt check up sooner! Which is ridiculous because why would I be doing their job for them! When we asked what the problem was, why couldnt we move the referral forward they said whoever helped my referral made a savings account instead of checking account nd again my referral should have made sure they made the correct kind of account sounds like a-lot of lazy work! I have 2 loans with them and constantly get emails pushing for referrals but all we got at the end was a thanks for the referral! I dont understand what the big deal is and why we cant get the perks of the referral. They dont care to take care of their customers! Ive also had where they triple charge the amount of my loan payments and say i authorized that amount now i have to triple check as well that the correct amount is being charged every month. Not cool! Im sure the hire ups wouldnt be happy with the service their employees are giving customers they say the calls are being monitored i really hope they are so everyone can get proper training!

5 /5 Stephen Brandon: I was previously banking with Wells Fargo and had a worrying experience so I went here to see what kind of treatment I would get and I was delighted to find Lorena working at this branch. She got thru my application for a business account and had me approved the next morning. She even followed up just now and was as nice as the first impression.
