Marie Thatcher super unprofessional and flaky... I have been with New York Life for over 15 years and a lot of things changed so I have been trying for over 2 years to change my policy. My my representative will not call me back or email I have been trying to reach her for weeks. I did a medical examination and never heard back from the company or my rep. I switched to Farmers Insurance and the customer service was Top Notch and got me all taken care of within a few days.

Erika Bua Carson was great to work with!! He was incredibly personable and professional. his responses were very prompt. We were happy with our current policies but knew that he was recommended through financial peace University so we thought we would look into it and compare quotes. He saved us hundreds of dollars on our policies and we even got better coverage that was more appropriate.
