Elijah Sabree I’ve worked with Ms. Berrier twice from 2023 to 2025 regarding a custody case. March 2023, I was served during a cross country move and the case was closed while I was trying to figure out how to respond. I called her, she immediately found the applicable law surrounding my circumstances, had the case reopened and got me an expedited hearing. As a result I was granted some visitation and partial custody. In that same time span, she worked diligently to get me additional visitation for a family event. Fast forward to January 2025, my child’s other parent backed out of two notarized agreements that we made for me to have our child for an extended period.
