Brenda helped me and was amazing — super quick, friendly, and made me feel totally comfortable right away. I’ve never had that kind of warm, personal experience at other banks. She explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and just had a great attitude overall. The whole vibe of the place is welcoming, and it really feels like they care. It’s nice to have a place in the neighborhood that treats you like a person, not just another customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!
