Our quality of life and home value were suddenly threatened after living in our house for 30 years. Adam and Sandee were able to explain our rights and encouraged us to exercise them. They also were able to give us hope that, though things might change, we could shape the change. With help from Adam and especially from Sandee, we were able to negotiate a solution with the other party. We didnt ask to be involved with a property issue but Im glad we hired Brewer Offord and Pederson and worked with Adam and Sandee. And also Jessica who kept on top of things.

5 /5 Paul Michel: I am missing words to express how happy we are to have been referred Simon Offord when we faced an unexpected problem with the sale of our home. Although I was told that good attorneys are expensive, my conclusion is that relying on a professional like Simon is much more an investment than an expense! The rate per hour is very well counterbalanced by how fast and precise he is. He does not need much time to deliver results. His process is straightforward from the first consultation: he listens, questions, then exposes very clearly the legal *and practical* pluses and minuses of a situation. Simon was very responsive; he worked diligently with us and our real estate agents. Relying on Simon’s guidance significantly lowered our stress level and solved our issue. After meeting with him I left feeling that he could help me as long as I listened to him and did everything he said. Since he was the expert and since I had a lot to lose, I made the decision to trust him. Well I am happy to say that it was the best decision I ever made. Simon is knowledgeable about real estate matters, thorough in his process, and genuinely cares about what he is doing for you. As of the first week in December I own 100% of my house, which has been my home since 1980! I cannot thank Simon enough for what he did. I highly recommend him for any real estate matters you may have.

We worked with Adam Pedersen and Tracy Mainguy and had the best possible outcome! They were familiar with our case from the documents we uploaded and spoke knowledgeably about the relevant laws and possible outcomes. We developed a strategy together that helped us reach an amicable resolution with the HOA and close the sale of our home. We were confident going into our meeting knowing that we had great advice AND a backup plan, should we need to bring in Pedersen and Mainguy again. The fee was super reasonable too! Next time we sell a home we will consider contacting them about writing disclosures - they were great with helping us craft language to appropriately represent ourselves in our situation.
