Decided to help my parents with their taxes this year because the past couple of years theyve had to pay and had issues with their taxes (after doing them with Brenda). I found multiple errors in the files she submitted and after further investigation found that the errors were worse than expected according to the official IRS return website. Additionally, another set of tax returns for this year expected a maximum return of $300. She said that I could not expect more than $300 but after I filled out the forms and filled them myself, I was eligible for an even bigger refund.
Furthermore, the customer service is unprofessional. The business is not responsive and you are left calling again and again. I did not think it was a coincidence that after receiving a letter with a second charge from the IRS that she stopped answering my calls. Definitely not worth your money. Either file them online via a website such as Credit Karma or go somewhere else.
