I am very appreciative of Carty. He kept his word my case has been expunged for awhile . Even though my case was a wobbler they decided to give me a felony for an accessory after the fact P.C 32. The reason I write these is to encourage my latino people to look here first as I was fighting criminal and immigration charges.
