1 /5 Hector Rosas: Worst Attorney EVER. He will never contact you to give you any updates on your case. Good luck if you hire him. You will have to call 30 times before someone comes back to you with any information. All he cares about is money. Thanks to this Attorney my uncle lost his case because he never told him he had to go to court and neither him or my uncle showed up. Anyone else had the same issue contact me. I guess this is not the first case someone loses for not giving correct information.

4 /5 Luz Velarde Rios: Mr.Garcia did a great job defending me in court and assisting me in receiving my Restraining Order. The only issue with his services was the time he took to file my court documents. Our last court date was in early December, when I was granted my restraining order, and he did not file it with the court until the first week of February. I know Holidays made things delayed, but he couldve filed the documents the same day of our last hearing. His justification was that the court gave him issues filing, which I honestly dont believe. Mr.Garcia also took several days to respond to my emails and calls which made me feel lost and upset. For the amount of money, I paid I believe he couldve done his job sooner.

5 /5 Vincent Salgado: Last year in 2011, I was given the reference of Edgard Garcia’s law office. At the time the reference was given, I had already met with two separate attorneys to see where I stood on modifying my child visitation. I was in need of an attorney to fight my case, not to go by what ‘past practice’ on judgments has shown. My case was not too complicated but since my ex-wife made the situation difficult and the strong reputation of her attorney’s law firm, I needed an attorney willing to argue my case and not back down and just settle for the minimum. After meeting with Edgard in the initial consultation, I knew right away that he was who I wanted to represent me in my court battle. He heard all the details and my concerns for the case, gave me his input and advice. This included listening to my goals of what I thought would be a fair & balanced judgment in the best interest of my son. Edgard gave me confidence and his support that he would defiantly be able to make a great argument in court since what I was asking for was reasonable and fair. Edgard and his staff (Gilda especially) were up front with me through the process. They kept me up to date on everything and provided me with all the information I needed and delivered it straight forward. On the court date, Edgard confronted her attorney and argued everything they attempted to throw at us. After an hour of arguments, Edgard won everything I was wanting. This was everything that not only my initial divorce lawyer said I could not get but what the other two subsequent family law attorneys I consulted with said as well. I can-not begin to express the emotions I felt when judgment was placed and for the outstanding job Edgard and his staff (especially Gilda) did for us. I won 50/50 [timeshare] visitation with my son and a fair balanced schedule with holidays and school breaks. Since judgment was placed (Jan-2012), my son has been very happy with his new visitation schedule with both of his families and frequently expresses this to me. This is what these types of family law cases are about; the best interest of the child!
