I went to bolt insurance several times for DMV proxy service, got wrong information, and had to go through my current insurance company to find out what was going on. On top of that, I still had to go to DMV itself to sort out the issue.
I saw the notice on her screen. It said to call, which she didnt care to do. If she had, it all would have been figured out in minutes. Instead, my insurance company and I had to do the work ourselves.
The woman was lazy and didnt care. Pure and simple.
