5 /5 danko guzman: I have been using Bolt insurance for over 2 years now and its an amazing insurance. What it really attracted me to bolt insurance was the fact that I needed to have a SR 22 at that time, every quote I had from any other insurance companies was over $190... I was desperado cause I couldnt afford that much. I decide to give them a call to get an estimate, bolt insurance quoted me $85. Yeah!.. More than a $100 dlls less for the exact same coverage was quoted form the other insurance companies . Now i would never go anywhere else, also love that I can go into the local branch and get everything I need from a real person and I dont have to do it over the phone if I do not want to. The service is always amazing . I would recommend this to anyone!…

3 /5 Sarah Moody: Overall this is a good business setup. There is a fee to pay in cash or by card, even if you are in person which is why I give 3 stars instead of 5. I have tried paying on the website and using the app but it tells me my insurance policy doesnt exist. They give a 14 day grace period for late payments which comes in handy during this pandemic! Thank you Bolt!

1 /5 Chidera Oyeka: Called multiple times in 1 week to reach a specific employee. Was told multiple times the agent would have employee call me back. Never happened. Finally get a hold of employee who reassures he will call me after the weekend at a certain time and date. Employee never calls. When I finally reach office, agents tell me hes left on vacation and has another employee handle the case. The new employee states information completely didferent from what I was told and are of no help. I wasted a week of my time to receive no service.

If you didnt want to damage your credibility further, you should have reached out and asked questions instead of making assumptions. You also might want to learn accurate grammar. Im not in your database because I never purchased a service from you, and now I never will. Its not the wrong business. Im literally around the corner. I found your location based on location in the first place. This is not a response from me trying to find the business on Google after I had a problem. I went to bolt insurance several times for DMV proxy service, got wrong information, and had to go through my current insurance company to find out what was going on. On top of that, I still had to go to DMV itself to sort out the issue. I saw the notice on her screen. It said to call, which she didnt care to do. If she had, it all would have been figured out in minutes. Instead, my insurance company and I had to do the work ourselves. The woman was lazy and didnt care. Pure and simple. Im a fortune-level entrepreneur and coach, and one of my specialties is Management training. If you need training on how to pick better staff, Id be happy to help.
