She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely excited to help me find the perfect option. It was a quick “yes” when I saw exactly what I wanted. I placed the order and had the ring crafted to perfection. We’re going back soon as an engaged couple to customize my ring next!

5 /5 Mel C: Wonderful store. I love that they have a bench jeweler on site. The stone on my antique ring was loose and they tightened the prongs at a very reasonable price and by the next day. (Another store nearby said I needed to retip the prongs for $$$$ and sent out their repairs) Everyone that helped me (Alexis, Dimitri, and Debbie) was warm and professional. Very glad to have found a trustworthy jeweler nearby.

I mainly worked with Tess but everyone who works there is very warm, friendly and accommodating! They worked with us on the price and overall we are very happy with the final result.
