I called Baratto Sullivan because they had been very kind and patient with my older brother and his insurance needs. A lovely agent named Renata began to work with me, sending me quotes and helping me set up the right coverage for my residence. She guided me very patiently through the offerings of various underwriters and I was able to make good decisions and set up a new policy with good coverage and not too expensive. They treat you like they have no other clients and get your needs taken care of immediately; it’s amazing. I could go on forever about this company, but I believe you get the picture. I will say that dealing with Phil Torres over the years has been very reassuring and I can’t rave enough about his attention to detail, thoughtfulness, knowledge and prompt response to whatever we need; it’s like our company is his company and he’s going to do whatever he can to make it successful. He’s a definite asset and the primary reason we will never leave Baratto Insurance.
