1 /5 Neira Adams: This bank never answers the phone. I mean NEVER. Had to come in to ask a question I should’ve been able to ask by phone, only to have wasted my time because they don’t offer the service that’s listed on their profile. (Notary). What is happening to customer service?!

1 /5 Andrew R: Had an appointment at 12pm for a Loan, came in 12:05ish, 2 bank assistants were helping people 1 was doing nothing. Stood in the middle of the lobby, waiting to get help. 1 lady named Tere finishes with a customer to my left , and walks out her office section few minutes later. She walks right past me and goes to the gentlemen sitting to my right. She asks them do you have appointments this and that, tells 1 my manager will help you in a bit and proceeds to take the other gentleman to her area. I ask her so you walk past me to ask if they have appointments with no question why I’m here (standing in the middle of the room, very obvious) . She tells me well they were here first. No they weren’t the gentleman she said her manager would talk to in a moment was there first , I had an appointment at 12 and was there 10 minutes before the gentleman she helped. Then she starts to interrogate me, when’s your appointment, what is it for, what type of loan, do you have the paperwork’ in front of the gentleman? No I don’t have the paperwork that’s why I’m here and created and appointment for this time, with a comment description on what it was for. Absolutely ridiculous that she had the audacity to walk past me specifically standing in between her and the other people and asks others if they have an appointment but not me, then lies and say they were here first. Short staff, lying staff, slow staff, absolutely rude, no one likes their job get over it Tere. In case you didn’t know the ladies name was Tere, borderline racist. Got no help at my appointment made at 12pm and it was 12:20pm when this happened.

1 /5 Tricia Owens: Visited this branch last week on a Saturday to deposit a check because I needed access to funds asap. 2 tellers only and quite a long line. There was a woman holding an iPad going to everyone in line and 1 by 1 each person she spoke with was either going to the atm inside or leaving. She gets to me and tells me that because there are only 2 tellers I will need to deposit my check in the atm. I explain to her I need the money now and she “assured” me they would be available. She literally would not let me move forward in the line stating that what I needed can be handled at the atm. I drove to 2 other bank of americas in my town and they were closed. I ended up having to deposit in the atm anyway and did not have access to any part of the money for 3 days. Shameful.
