Robert was there to reassure us and explained everything. He made the process much much less complex and intimidating. Roberts support staff also treated us very well. It was the easiest home buying experience I have ever had! They were highly communicative and provided us with updates via phone or email at least twice each week. This was so nice to have a solid understanding of the process, and also to let us know we were never forgotten. I appreciated the flexibility they had with signing and sharing documents that allowed this process to not be disruptive to our daily schedules. We are new to Merced, and I appreciated Robert’s insight and knowledge of the community to help us make the best decision for us. Robert & his team took the time to answer any questions we had and never once made us feel like we were bothering them and never made us feel foolish for asking the many questions that we did. I was a little afraid to start with, but little did I know Robert was already Taylor fitting me to win. As I continued my path forward diligently, Roberts team was at my side. When I had a question or a concern they were a phone call away and eventually i put them on speed dial, their answers were spontaneous and they were patient enough to hear what I had to say.
