Karen L. Fisher If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Working with Adam Ghinazzi has been one of the worst experiences Ive had when it comes to working with investment advisors. He never returns phone calls, still has an old contact name and e-mail attached to the accounts and has consistently ignored client instructions. His poor customer service led to a large amount of money getting misdirected and it is taking months to fix the problem. Its been extremely stressful working with him. I hope his company will do something to improve the level of service so no other client has to experience this level of frustration and of being ignored. Clients deserve better. Im a trustee and Im settling the estate for Adams client. Out of respect for all the years he worked with this client, I would expect him to be responsive to the needs of the current situation which is making sure the money is distributed properly so the heirs can receive their money.

Marvin Price My earlier review was deleted. This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.
