2 /5 Jon H: Signed up with Geico and was somehow assigned to arrowhead exchange. Initial sign up process went smooth and the agent I worked with was great. There was an issue with an update to documents needed by my mortgage company regarding my home policy and thats when things fell apart. I tried calling for over a week and not only do they not answer, but after 4-5 rings the call goes to voicemail. I dont mind leaving a vm but the box is always full. I assume that means they dont check messages and its not important enough for them to do something about it. On boarding a new customer is important but continuing to service them is even more so as policies are renewed. Looks like I will be shopping around again soon.

1 /5 Ben Coleman: Two days after I paid my policy in full they cancelled it! In the early days of the pandemic! I begged them to extend the cancellation so I could have a few shingles replaced on my roof (that they were complaining about); they refused saying I needed to show them a contract to replace the entire roof! My roof isnt that old, and doesnt need replacing. I have a guy replace a few shingles every year. The wind here is awful, but I dont need a new roof. To make matters worse, when they "refunded" my premium, they deducted a whole bunch of charges from the refund. Id say thats pretty dishonest of them. TLDR They cancelled my policy during the pandemic and then deducted a bunch of fees from my refund. Would you trust an insurance company that does business like this?

5 /5 pt pt: I purchased a home insurance policy through GEICO and had some issues with the way they wrote the policy for me. After numerous calls to Geico, I had given up and called Arrowhead directly. They were able to sort out my issues within 30 minutes. Robert helped me with my policy and I am very grateful for his help! Thank you, Robert. We need more people like yourself in this business. Ben

1 /5 Parham Aghdasi: We were introduced to them through Geico. They first charged us about $1,000 for the year, then they sent an inspector. We had some construction projects around the house and the backyard. We told the inspector that we will be done soon with these projects upgrading and resolving a few issues. They canceled our policy after a couple days and we haven’t received our refund yet after following up multiple times.
