iheartauroraborealis This weekend, I stopped into the Placerville BOA. Tammy who was covering at the Placerville branch, but works at the Jackson branch, offered to assist me. She did everything she could to help me figure out how to proceed to find documentation through the bank that my family needed to file taxes for a family member who passed. She was very straightforward in explaining what the bank needed to help provide the information and gave instructions on how to obtain it. Throughout my interaction, she was calm, helpful, and kind.
