Winslowed Seon I’ve lived in Alameda for most of my life, and while I love the island vibe and slower pace, I’ve always found dealing with auto insurance to be a bit of a headache. My old provider kept increasing my rates year after year, even though I’ve never been in an accident. It didn’t make sense. After talking to friends, I decided to start looking for new options, and that’s when I came across this company. From the first phone call, I felt a difference. The agent was super friendly and actually took the time to ask about my driving habits and what kind of coverage I needed. I commute to work in downtown Oakland, so I spend a lot of time driving on the 880 and 580 freeways. They recommended a policy that not only fit my budget but also gave me better coverage than I had before. A few weeks after signing up, I got into a minor fender bender while driving home from South Shore Center. I called them right away, and they walked me through the entire claims process without making me feel like I was just another number. Everything was handled quickly, and they even followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs. It’s rare to find that kind of personal service with a bigger insurance company, and I’m honestly so relieved I switched. I feel like I’m in good hands now, and I’ve already recommended them to a couple of my neighbors.

Dylan Brazil Samantha was excellent, she has all the qualities you look for in customer service. I bought a new home, she was able to not only quickly and easily get me the best home insurance rate but also saved me on my car insurance!! She was responsive to my e-mails and phone calls and even called my old insurance carrier to work out the details. I would highly recommend her, she made the process very easy :)

Windell Jones My wife and had insurance for years with another agent. During my initial conversation with Jay he wouldn’t sell me a policy as the costs were higher with him than in my current situation. Jay didn’t forget us, checking in regularly, not enough to bug, but enough to let me know that he was remembered us and was working for our business. I’m guessing about 14 months after my inquiry, Jay was able to provide policies for our home and two vehicles. He offered several different payment options, but as the pricing had significant saving versus my current policies, I was able to select the annual payment option . We only have to pay once a year and our home and cars are protected. I can’t say enough good things about Jay, his business, dedication and ethics.
