Eric Larson Been using Patrick Salazars office since moving to Visalia 9 years ago. If there is a more responsive team these people, I dont believe it. Kudos to Lisa Salazars timely reminders to a do policy review with them. We did it (eventually) and it ended up saving us a little money because we identified a coverage that we no longer needed.

Selena Alcala I have been a State Farm member since July 2021 initially just starting with renters insurance but have since transitioned to include my car, ring, and life insurance. Over the last few months, there have been some big changes such as adding a new car, name changes, and navigating premium increases due to CA laws which has called for more frequent interaction. I transitioned to work with Mark who is knowledgeable and responsive and am so appreciative of his wonderful customer service!

Emily Fan On 12/24/2024, AAA roadside service helped me to tow my car to the dealer. The tow truck driver named Elvin Gilpin from elevated towing company was super friendly, efficient, patient and very professional! He managed to get the car from inside my garage pushed down the street and loaded it into the truck etc etc every single step he took cares for the vehicle . I just wanted him to know that I really appreciated his help . Please let him know that I said thank you to him!
