JoAnn SkyWatcher I joined The Ukiah Coop in the early 70s. Yes, Ukiah Natural Foods is still cooperatively owned. I am member number 48. I remember when it was next to the railroad tracks and it was called The Homestead Exchange. We could order fruit trees, and get staples, like brown rice at a cheaper price. When I visit Ukiah, I like to drop in to the "Coop" and see what is new or whom I might run in to. It is a great place to run into old friends if you become a regular. I love that you can buy things in bulk, and bring your own container (and keep plastic out of landfills). They have bulk honey, oils, nuts, seeds, beans, herbs and spices, and even sell shampoo, and essential oils in bulk. They have beautiful displays of organic fruit and vegetables. You can buy prepared foods and eat inside their new dining area. Or get a really great coffee drink or smoothie. If you dont live in the area, you might want to make a plan to drop by and see what you might find.

George Leavell Robert was fast, professional and found us great loan options at very good rates. I was a little anxious about the loan application process. Robert was there to reassure us and explained everything. He made the process much much less complex and intimidating. Roberts support staff also treated us very well. I have referred many to Robert and will continue to do so! He helped us buy our dream home! Every time we see his signs around town, my wife and I smile! Good professionals are GREAT to find! Robert is a great professional!

PROVIDENCE Majesty Doll This is a very nice place but the manager needs to work on her customer service skills. When I arrived I was standing in line and unfortunately Reyna had to help me, and instead she said "You need to go to the sitting area where someone will help you as soon as they can." Pointing to the sitting area I walked over, sat there, watched Reyna help 3 other customers and aproximately 20 minutes later I got up and tried talking to the Supervisor but she was in a meeting. Long story short I bounced back and forth until finally Reyna sat with us in one of the back desks. Only to leave again to wash her hands and made us wait another 7minutes!! By now we had been in the bank too long and finally just to tell us she couldnt help us because I needed A 3rd identification after SHE SAID all I needed was my social and ID. It waS a total waste of time and the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Watch out when you go there because they might think you are a Bouncing ball.
