1 /5 Carrie Pk: I called Alonso’s office to get a quote for my car insurance that for some reason I couldn’t get a quote on Allstate app. Alonso answered the phone and he said he would be sending me a quote in about an hour. Yes, he sent me a quote about an hour later, however I asked him to call me( There were a few options to reach him inside his quote). I waited, but he didn’t call me even until now. (Next day) I sent him an email, but he didn’t reply it either. Is this how you treat your future customer? I’ve had Allstate auto, home owner policies for many years, but I never experienced this rudeness. When I was on the phone, he asked who’s my current insurance company. So I told him about it, and then he told me that company should be cheaper than Allstate.. The premium went up, that’s why I started shopping. Alonso sounded very grumpy and ‘whatsoever’ attitude. Usually any kind of sales businesspersons, they try to get more customers, but Alonso wasn’t.
I’ll try to get a quote from another agent tomorrow. Hope they are much better than Alonso.
