Very compassionate, easy to speak with, & didnt overwhelm me with too many facts all at once, gave me time and freedom to share my concerns, and helped me feel safe to tell the truth about my medical conditions. Telling the truth is very important to me & at the same time felt the freedom to share it without fear of judgement, even if I was turned down for coverage, which I was NOT. They helped me understand the facts, and listened to ALL my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend Legends United Insurance for your life insurance, burial needs, etc. & any other type of insurance you might need especially during these very difficult times we are living in! Excellent customer service is always just a phone call away or text message and responds right away or if busy responds in a timely manner. Had a car issue on a weekend and called Tony to figure out my options with a tow truck and he was so helpful and got us the help we needed. Jeff Bellsey Brittany is the bomb. She reached out, and over the course of several hour-long conversations, helped me understand the ins and outs of my home and auto policies. I had no idea how little I understood! She didnt push me or oversell me. She was just incredibly helpful in showing me exactly how much insurance I needed, and backed off easily when I refused certain coverages. Again, she called me, unsolicited. This was within a few months of taking over my policy from a retired agent, who had literally never initiated contact. Im very relieved to have Brittany on my side!
