1 /5 Gerardo Adame: State farm has terrible costumer service. Someone hit my parked car (I was not on it) by slamming the door onto my car when he opened his door and was kind enough to take responsibility with a note. Yeah, it rarely happens, most people dont care and just walk away. We saw on a different day and exchange information, and we actually had the same insurance (State Farm). I called the insurance and entered the other persons info and also asked if police was needed for the report, they said no because it was minor and might just be wasting emergency resources. I also asked them if anything else was needed besides their information and mine was needed just to make sure. They said no so we moved on. Then they contacted me again for pictures from my car this time. I took them and sent them. Then today, they called me to tell me they closed the claim because there no evidence the incident/claim happened because I showed no evidence of their car being damaged. And that them sharing information does not prove anything and that I had to take pictures. First, they were kind enough to do all of that, apparently all for nothing. Second, it makes no sense for them to say sharing information is not enough evidence, and they lied to me when I asked me if something was needed besides the information. Does StateFarm take advantage of this so they can avoid the claims? Third, it was a minor scratch, If its barely visible on my car, I dont think that would even show up on their car. If I had taken a picture, they probably would not have seen anything. Terrible insurance company.

1 /5 Fernando Garcia: The worst experience when cancelling my deceased fathers policy. Was given the run around and had to argue back and forth with the secretary. Aarron kept telling his secretary to push the company policy that does not allow them to cancel a policy for a deceased person. I called over 5 other companies to cancel accounts including a life insurance company and they were all sincere with their condolences and cancelled accounts within a couple mins. This office argued with me for over 10 mins until i gave them the option to send an email with the death certificate and the secretaries answer was well you can try to send it. I told her why she didnt give me that option from the begining and her answer was "I was about to give you that option". She gave me a website and said to send the email to it and that it would work. I called back and said i cannot send an email to a website so she gave me another email that also did not work. I ended up looking up a phone number to corprate customer service and that representative gave me a sincere condolence and took care of cancelling the policy within a few mins without the need of the death certificate. Im not saying State Farm is a bad company but this location should not be allowed to represent and sell their services. For those seeking try Liberty Mutual, they have been great to my me and my family. Or maybe just another location.

1 /5 Ken Folwell: This location is NOT like a good neighbor! The agent Edward is the rudest agent I have ever witnessed. We went in person to file a claim and he told us he couldnt assist us and to call corporate. We called State Farm and they said that our local agent shouldve helped us with that. We went back to ask about our policy and why their was a rate change and to get our printed policy papers. Edward would not print our policy and said you should have that in your email. Edward also could not immediately find out why our auto policy went up. He said that he would get back to us by the end of the day. We never got a call. So we again had to call State Farm and a representative immediately told us why the there was a rate change. And again State Farm was baffled why our local agent couldnt help us out! Per the State Farms customer service advice we filed a formal complaint against this State Farm and Edward. So 5 days later we just got a call from this agent trying to tell us why there was a rate increase. We informed him that we already got an answer. He was being condescending and very rude and said, well Im your agent and I need to help you. We informed him that we are switching agents and filed a complaint against him. He said yes I am aware of the complaint and this is why Im calling. He wasnt calling back to genuinely answer our policy question from 5 days prior. He was only calling because he got pressure from State Farm. He is NOT worthy of being a State Farm agent. Who knows how many other local people he is being rude to and just passing along to customer service. Again, he is not acting like a good neighbor (State Farms motto) and does not have respect for policy holders and is flat out arrogant and rude!!
