1 /5 Nancy Tracy: I emailed my account representative to ask her to sell my stocks in daily increments because I wanted to move to cash. She called me to confirm, telling me I was already up 10% today, Yada Yada. I said yes. She once again tried to dissuade me, and I finally told her "its my money and thats what I want you to do". Fast forward, I receive another call from her and realized it was a "butt dial", she was informing another person to sell my stocks. She told her co-worker I got snippy with her.
Excuse me, but it was my money and what I wanted done with it.
I have banked with some version if WTB since 1974, and worked in the same office ad one of the original people who opened the bank in Moses Lake and served o the board of Directors until his health declined and was shocked to hear this conversation.
I planned on reinvesting my money with WTB later, but definitely rethinking this action.
