Jasmine Minton I’m young and I found difficulty getting my first loan. I had gone to a few different credit unions and they told me that even though I make good money and have a good credit score, it would be hard for me to get the loan I wanted. Nelson at self help made my dreams possible and at a decent rate. The atmosphere was nice, so were the people. Alee Meneses I needed to purchase 150k in inventory but had last minute unforeseen expenses. I was 50k short and could not get a conventional loan. Busky Gogo Heritage Burlington branch stepped up and provided me with a small business loan where none of the 6 other banks I had visited gave me the time of day. I have since sold the business and paid off the loan in full but my experience with them for the 7 years we were in business was all positive. Being a first time business owner I had many questions and they were always very willing to answer them and guided me through the process all the way. I now use the Anacortes branch for personal use and have had good experiences with them as well.
