1 /5 teri monek: First time WaFd customer. Unfortunately my experience at 3617 88th NE branch was extremely dissatisfied . First visit was ok, the second time not so much, I was given wrong information, the 3rd time it was a call, I was connected to the manager, Diana ? I had some issues with my Money Market interest rate. After I gave all my personal info. she tried to explain the issue , when i challenged the explanation she said she needs to put me on hold to look into it,  ----she also made a comment that i dont care to mention --- I was holding  maybe a minute or so when I realized that I was disconnected. Called back , I was told that she is with a client but I can leave a message.  Really??? Im sure she realized that instead of putting me on hold she disconnected me. The correct action should have been calling me back instead of moving on . Maybe its a training issue or ?? I already transferred some money to another bank , its a good chance that i will close my account..I read the reviews on Google they are good but most of them old, maybe there was/is a change in management
