Until I retired, my husband did all the face-to-face interactions and always found the employees helpful and friendly. Since retiring 3 years ago, I have been at the bank helping my elderly mother fairly regularly. Lori, who handles CDs, IRAs and I am assuming new accounts, has always been very professional, helpful and friendly. Its true if shes working with another customer, you will have to wait, but I think that would happen at most banks. The tellers are always friendly. If they cant answer a question, they get clarification. I have rarely had to wait long for service. I am not related to nor personal friends with any of the bank employees.
