From my experience, it seems that client interests are not prioritized, and communication is extremely poor. After I expressed that I was not satisfied with the outcome of my case, the situation only worsened. Calls and emails frequently went unanswered, and communication became even more limited.
At one point, I called the office and the receptionist, after mentioning my name, informed me that she had been instructed to only allow me to leave voice messages, even if Anthony and the case manager were present in the office. This level of disregard for client communication is deeply concerning.
In addition, I discovered that additional fees were added to my settlement which were not outlined in the original contract I signed, beyond the agreed-upon percentage and administrative fees. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about fairness and accountability.
I was also troubled to see that the settlement document already reflected the highest client satisfaction rating without giving me the opportunity to provide my own feedback. This creates the impression that the process is not transparent or client-centered.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal support after an accident.
