1 /5 Juanita Peek: Worse staff ever! Most are these days. Greetings go a long way! Waiting in line and not being greeted for awhile, long enough for me to leave without being helped. I think I need to look into changing banks. I might possibly of had enough of the horrible staff at multiple locations in my area. I was just trying to deposit a check. Thanks for nothing!

1 /5 Zed: I dont think I can not write this review. I came in to cash a check. I had already just barely got there for 5:00 theyre closing time. I walked through the door there was a woman sitting down across from me waived for me to come over. So I proceeded to walk over there, the woman looked at me. I said I need to cash this check. First thing she says, $7 fee for non customers. I said okay no problem. She then proceeded to look at the check look at me and I felt like I was white trash or something. This check came from a large corporation. A great customer of the banks Im sure. Her body language then said to me that she was going to have an issue and that we werent going to get this check cashed. So she went ahead and said Ive got to cover my bases and she started calling people as if the check was fraudulent. She went ahead and then called someone and that person told her yes go ahead and cash this check. It was someone from the corporations office. And then after that was done she toggled around and Dilly dallied around. Now at this point obviously Im upset because I can just tell that this is going nowhere and this shouldnt be a hassle so she says Ive got to do these things and Ive got to call this other number then she calls someone else the office is closed. So she goes back to another number calls the other number another number so this is three people now shes called over this check. Now shes gotten hold of this person and this person again tells her to cash the check. She then pretty much forces the man on the other line to stay with her as she goes through these steps.Im just like oh my God is she going to cash this or what. Well she didnt at the very end of all of it she called over some other lady that was ahead of her they were both people sitting at desks inside the US Bank so they werent just tellers they were some something more maybe loan originators. But when she gets this lady over the lady is useless and does nothing for me and at this point Im just holding back I want to scream. But they dont cash it and this is their name on the bank this is their customers check. She didnt State the obvious to me I can go to my bank and deposit it like I dont know I can already do that so Im cutting it close now Im upset because I would rather have just gotten the thing cashed out instead of giving it to my bank and going through you know the waiting process and whatnot. It made the bank look as if it was bankrupt like they couldnt cash a check I dont know what was going on I dont care but when someone comes in there with a check thats from a large corporation large business it should be cashed it shouldnt be calling you know the one call I could have understood but then she went on to more and more and more and more. And the whole time shes naughty shes not nice. So Im going to end this now just saying that US Bank has proven once again that they are the worst bank out there. In my opinion.

1 /5 Kara Chung: The branch manager and staff here are racist. I brought in a check for deposit and they acted like I was committing fraud. Called customer service with US bank and found out they did not follow policy and put a 10 day hold because they “don’t know us” and then tried to justify it because we didn’t imminently need the money. They also hung up on my husband and called us a “risk.”

1 /5 Alma Barrera: After 10+ years of banking with them, staff at this branch location is not friendly at all. Customer service should go above and beyond, specially for long term accounts. I purchased a cashiers check today and was charged a transaction fee of $15, while other branches have waived this fee, the teller stated “her branch wouldn’t because it was a policy”. However contradicted herself by saying it was up to the branch discretion to waive such fees as a courtesy and charged me for it. I will not return to this location.
