1 /5 Stacy Taylor: We have been insured through this agent for 10+ years. Rental insurance, car insurance, and home insurance. They are fine to take your payments. They are not so good at following through with updates. We found they had neglected to update us from a commercial policy to homeowners as requested last March. We alerted them to their error & again, were assured they would correct the error. Now, several days later, we are informed they will no longer be insuring us due to two claims over 10 years of holding policies w/them. One, a break-in, the other water damage; Both of which happened YEARS ago. Neither a claim we hoped to ever need to make, but that’s why we pay insurance premiums. This also is not the first time our policy updates have not been applies as requested. I would not recommend this agent.
