The lady that answered the phone was asking numerous questions that a lay person would not know unless you were well versed in the subject. I explained to her thats why we were calling for attorney assistance and this route was suggested by our realtor. She very much enjoyed talking down to me. I would not use this office from that interaction alone.

5 /5 Alexander Ransom: Tim is an excellent attorney and a true credit to the profession! Years ago, he helped me resolve a property/boundary dispute for my home in Birch Bay. He negotiated a handsome payout settlement with the title company involved. Most recently, Tim helped resolve a situation with my condominiums Homeowners Association (HOA). He carved an exception to the HOAs general rule that condo owners cant move away and rent their condos out. Again, Tim came through and brokered the desired outcome. Tim is the FIRST person I call for my land use and property needs! Hes well-respected by all attorneys, knowledgeable, creative and an extremely nice guy. Thanks, Tim!
