Brittney Deines I called Monday morning to ask if they were letting people into the office cuz of all of the Coronavirus restrictions and policies and was told to go ahead and come into the office right away. When I got there the agent I spoke to on the phone was on lunch but the nice lady at the front desk was able to do everything for me and get me set up. Withing 15 to 20 minutes I left with proof of insurance in hand. She was also great about not pushing any more coverage on me than I needed or could afford to pay for and was very clear about pricing.

Terry Cubbin I called my Allstate office and I talked to William Bishop. He works in the office. He helped me with every single thing I needed help with to get my windshield replaced even made the appointment. The service I got was fantastic. I highly recommend this office. Everyone there is very helpful and nice.
