Pat Waters Ive known Ron Templeton for at least 15 years maybe longer and he is a man of integrity not to mention a great guy. In addition hes always represented me well.
1 /5 Catina Hale: My father was hit by a drunk driver while he was riding his mobility scooter. Dad sued the guys insurance company for personal injury and property damage.
George started out being responsive to my calls. The insurance company sent the biggest portion of the settlement first. George took his cut out of that personal injury check.
The insurance company then sent less than half of what we were seeking for the property damage. George said we could counter and ask for more and if need be it could be settled in arbitration. We agreed.
And then he ignored all calls, emails and texts for the next TWO YEARS. He refused to see me when I would go to his office. I was able to get his staff to make three appointments for a phone meeting. He never called.
He had already gotten his share of the settlement. He had absolutely no interest in finishing this lawsuit as it would not make him any more money.
I finally had to call the drunk drivers Insurance Company. They had also been trying to contact George for 2 years to get this settled. They finally just had to send Dad the check directly even though they had not been able to get George to drop the lawsuit.
Definitely would not recommend this attorney.
