We were faced with a pretty impossible situation and what we were looking at facing as a family didnt phase Steve a bit. Steve is very much straight to the point/cut to the chase man, and he will definitely not waste your time, which is a different communication style than Im used to. However I realize in the legal world, the point is to get the job done, and he does just that. He goes to bat for his clients, and uses that to the point approach with fearless verbiage when it comes to speaking in court or in legal documents, or getting what he needs from others in order to help his client. He knows whats in the realm of possibilities, and hes not afraid to go for it. He seems to be well respected, and is able to get what he needs just when he needs it, and is very matter of fact about doing so. I recommend randy 1,000 times over, Randy is the best hands down I was put in a circumstance where it was uncertain if I was able to attend my own daughters graduation and with Randys help expertise knowledge fast responses he knocked it out of the park for me. I cannot thank him enough as it was an emotional time for me about this. Judy Morehead I came out of an auto wreck with a broken bone that required surgery, traumatic concussion, and chest trauma. Having always been able to handle decisions and be proactive, I was very surprised at my inability to focus and the brain-fog from these injuries while healing. Concentration was difficult and post-accident events that had to be handled arrived almost immediately. You are not just dealing with your auto insurance, but also with health insurance and, in my case, Medicare (very complicated), car-impoundment, bids on loss, doctor appointments, etc. all while suffering pain and trying to heal.
