3 /5 header: I initially had a very positive experience with this office. We were working with Kelsey, who genuinely seemed to care about our case and was incredibly helpful. Following our court date on April 8, 2024, Kelsey reached out and informed us that she would be submitting a request for a judicial review to have our case re-evaluated. She explained that this process typically takes about five business days but could extend up to 90 days.
Since then, I have made numerous attempts to follow up on the status of our case. I have called Kelsey directly, contacted her office, and reached out to the courthouse for clarification. Unfortunately, the court has no record of a revision being submitted. When I last spoke with Kelsey, she indicated that the revision was on Judicial Officer Cottons desk and assured me she would provide updates as soon as she received any new information.
However, I have not heard from her since July. Despite repeated efforts to get in touch, including multiple follow-ups, I have received no responses. It has now been a full year since our court date—far exceeding the 90-day timeframe we were initially provided. At this point, it feels as though our case has been entirely disregarded.
