I talked to him on the phone initially and then he deferred to a legal assistant who was out of state in Florida. I could not get in touch with anyone from their office and was updates last minute (if at all) in my case. He had someone else attend the final hearing who knew nothing about my situation. There were moments throughout where it was imperative to strike while the iron was hot, and yet, Dennis and his staff dragged their feet on everything. I was billing opportunity instead of a client. The charges were far and above higher than the representation was worth. The bills were padded with multiple charges for things that did not occur. They have no problem with being timely and proactive about collecting money from their clients. I ended up changing to an attorney he was opposing in another case. She gets the job done and is communicative, organized, and up front about costs. I only wished I switched sooner and perhaps I would’ve had a better outcome.

5 /5 Rand Muller: Dennis and his firm walked me through an extremely difficult and trying time and are worth every penny spent. After being served with a slanderous protection order, Schroader law helped me refine my 45 page declaration and file it with the court and I felt comfortable in their hands charging into battle to fight for my reputation and for my son who was taken from me. The night before the hearing the mother of my son decided she regretted what she had done and chose to not move forward with the hearing but I am confident we would have emerged victorious if we had needed to fight. Dennis recommended I get a parenting plan in place to protect my son so he could never be taken from me again and him and his firm walked me through this process every step of the way. Everything from completing my parenting plan, to filing with the court, to preparing for hearings, to serving the mother of my son, they handled it all. We ended up needing to serve her by publication and Schroader law got my parenting plan approved by my judge, winning me full custody of my son. To any good dad in need - Dennis is your Knight that will go to battle for you. Rest assured, you are in good hands. The parenting plan process ended up costing me a lot more than I initially was prepared for, but this was mainly due to the fact of so many hearings being rescheduled due to my sons mothers continued evasions of being served. I am thankful I had the credit available to fund my fight and will forever be grateful for Dennis and his firm fighting for me and making possible for my son and I the life we both deserve, for him to grow up at home with me, his Daddy. They always answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and made it possible for me to navigate family law court with confidence.
