I am really glad I made the call to Joe. He was confident that he would be able to get both tickets dismissed. I felt that I could trust in his expertise and he made it very easy to work with him. The process was easy and straight forward and I felt his fee was fair. So, I made the payment, signed the agreement for his representation and notified him of the date and time of the hearing. I didn’t even have to be there for it! It was a great relief when Joe notified me on the court date that both of the tickets had been dismissed! Joe saved me both time and money. He kept these tickets from impacting my insurance premiums and my driving record. I would highly recommend him! Thank you, Joe!

5 /5 Ev Law: I received a speeding ticket in Clallam County, WA, and Joe was one of the few, if not the only, traffic attorney working in that area. I was referred to him by a Seattle-based firm, and being from out-of-state I took a leap of faith in retaining Joe. Yes --- there are many lawyers in nearby Seattle, but they are unlikely to take up a case in Clallam County which is 2hrs of driving away. After signing the retainer agreement, Joes team immediately scheduled a court date to contest the ticket. They charged me a flat fee thats ~$100 over the fine; it includes evidence discovery, representation in court, and arguing for deferred finding if it comes to that. Happy to say that Joe was able to get my ticket dismissed!

She consistently failed to demonstrate a basic understanding of my case and made repeated assurances that she would support me through the legal and probation process—assurances that were ultimately empty. While I was incarcerated, she abandoned the case, failed to communicate, and refused to take my calls at a time when I had no other support or legal guidance. Her lack of professionalism, poor communication, and questionable judgment had real consequences for my future. I expected advocacy and legal expertise; instead, I was met with neglect and what I believe to be unethical behavior. I would not recommend Schodowski Law to anyone in need of competent or reliable representation

This time it was for a distracted driving ticket (phone). I just received an email letting me know that the ticket was dismissed! I would recommend them to anyone who values keeping there driving record clean. Their prices are more than fair and they truly care about their clients. Three years ago they were able to have a speeding ticket dismissed. I just called them and didnt even have to worry about it from then on. 5 /5 Ryan Resatka: My speeding ticket was dismissed, I am extremely grateful for this firm. My ticket was written for 17 over the speed limit, which I knew wasnt true. The attorney actually went to the location where the ticket was cited, and found that the speed limit posted was 55 mph, not 45 mph as the cop claimed at that specific mile marker. The attorney submitted those photo to court and it was immediately dismissed. If you want a lawyer who will be that diligent, and get the job done, this is the firm to work with.
