I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Beau Robey, a very intelligent, understanding, compassionate, and diligent man, who went above and (way) beyond any expectations I ever had. 5 /5 Steve Dallas: I had planned on waiting until I received my settlement to write this, however Im so certain that is going to happen that I am jumping the gun to praise Beau Robey, who handled my case. My first Disability claim was denied using another lawyer, and the difference between that lawyer and Beau is night and day. I had my final hearing with the Disability Judge yesterday, and was amazed at how well prepared he was compared to my previous lawyer. When the Vocational person explained that I met all the qualifications to be disabled, I was pretty certain it was a slam dunk. After the hearing, I said that I thought it went well and asked him if he thought the same. He said he was 99.999999% sure that I would be receiving the settlement, which is a good way of saying it because nothing is a certainty. He even drove me home to Birch Bay because of a mix-up in scheduling where I believe I had been told the wrong time of the hearing and when it would end, so my Paratransit bus wouldnt have been able to pick me up.
