Trying to get someone from Madrona to answer a phone for as big as Mr. Evens sells Madronas services is a huge disservice. After trying many times and getting the receptionist voicemail I finally got a live person who took my information and said someone would call me back "this week", that was two weeks ago now! I listen to KVI daily and have heard Mr. Evens 100s of time and my impression of Madronas services and advice has now changed.
