2 /5 Susan Ponti: Time management seemed to be one of his greatest downfalls, did not seem to have studied my daughters cases before hand, he was hired to defend a client, showing up for court, very unorganized and unprepared..Overly direct with client at one point, meeting in his office to pay him, handing him $5000 to take the case, he decided to be overly direct to the point of being down right rude to her.. She wasnt being heard, and couldnt understand, what he was talking about. They parted ways, he Kept the money, for over a year until she was arrested, then called me to see if, he was her counsel! Said, we needed to discuss money, he said, no issue, he showed in court twice, off to prison she went. At release, he no showed her zoom court! Rescheduled, he showed! This no show caused me to have to turn around 1/4 of the way to Boise ID to pick her up, had to make a second attempt late in the afternoon, two days later, to make sure he showed for court, she was released! I would not use him in the future, watching the unprofessionalism displayed was unbearable at times! He could be amazing with a little more effort to each individual case! I also dont believe, the three times in court equaled up to $5000... Never sent a receipt of charges, guess well never know!
